Not banned...they should be heavily fined and sued.
But there are other things, much more dangerous than that, that need to be removed first.
Gutkha, Paan(with lime), Beedis, Cigarettes, and Liquor. These are much faster poisons than pepsi or coke.

Yes the companies should be banned for allowing their customers health to be put at risk like that.

I saw that on the news in the US. Something needs to be done to straighten out the problem, otherwise no-one should drink it. Then I think they would solve the problem in a hurry.
