Is this Pentium D processor? or MAC?
Anyway it should be good enough with that huge RAM and video memory.
You might have some trouble if the processor is a Celeron!

Could be but that's not all you need to consider, HD speed and bus as well as FSB and Ram speed. If those thing suck then you're not going to get info to your CPU or your vid card to use it.
