God's instructions are for a purpose and for our own good. I could never have the kind of connection with a non-Christian as I do with my husband, because it is such an important part of my life. I've seen several Christians that went against that, and their marriages are troubled ones. I think it's possible for a Christian (who lives what he/she believes, not just uses "Christian" as a title) and a non-Christian to be "happy" together, but there would always be something missing. The Old Testament was indeed based on rules, but Christianity (after Christ's sacrifice - the New Covenant) is based on accepting God's grace and His Spirit's guidance. If you truly repent from your sins and you love God, you will *want* to please Him and live a sinless life. Sin causes nothing but heartache to everyone in the long run, even if it can seem fun "for a season" as the Bible says. God wants us to be HAPPY.

Islamic rulings are not weird. Rather Islam stands out among any other religions for it's vastness & guidelines. Islamic rulings make Islam a complete way of life.
Anyway, Islam doesn't have a weird rule that accepting Muhammad as a true messenger (compared to accepting Jesus as a savior) will bring anyone in heaven. Islam enjoins responsibility. All Muslims will be questioned for their deeds. Which makes more sense.

Muslim say it better for both sides to be Muslim, But a muslim man is allowed to marry a non-muslim woman. However, a Muslim woman is can not marry a non-muslim unless he'll be muslim. This is because the generation goes from male, and if the father is not Muslim then the childern won't be. So they say its better a muslim woman marry a muslim man.

Hey, u are wrong! Muslim could marry anyone from other religion as long as they would turn to Islam..
I'm not interested in teaching of Christ in so many ways, one of them is Christians are not allowed to get divorce by their God, in fact, ton of Christians couple divorced.... would that be a sin for them?? that's weird to me.. well, i guess somebody in Vatican-Rome, must revise that rule...

Yes. We are free to marry outside our faith except for like the Amish. or some other small groups unto themselves.
Is that the only thing you find weird? I could just see some of the regulars here racing to tell how weird they think Christianity is. Maybe they aren't up yet.

rules are for the better...muslims are allowed to marry christians and jews for that matter, but look into the cases where divorce is common between such relations...

Not really, but concerning marriage the bible does speak of people being unequally yoked meaning that they are not one in Christ because they have different beliefs that are contrary to Christ. The bible does not condone individuals getting married if they are not both of Christ. But think about it...If you are or aren't religious, two people of different beliefs would have a hard time managing a marriage (not saying that it is impossible) because they would have disputes over issues like Communion or no Communion, Ba Mitzvahs, quinces or sweet 16...whatever...so I think it is kind of good for two people to marry under the same beliefs if they are deep into their religion to prevent disputes.

Christianity has so many different denominations that they all have different rules. Some even handle poisonous snakes as a part of worship.
I wish that we could find out what Jesus really said, instead of so many different interpretations.
