Blood cells originate from stem cells (Haemocytoblasts) that are developed in the long bones of the body ie:Humerus, Ribs Sternum, Vertebrae and Ilia of the Pelvis.

The physical properties of blood is to:
Transport Nutriants and gases around the body,
to remove waste and CO2,
to regulate water, electolytes and acid base balance within the body.
To Regulate Body temperature and
To maintain Homeostasis (regulatory process)

Blood is made every night and delivered to you by the BLOOD FairY.....he/she never spills a drop but if you are a non believer of this fairy you will bleed all over yourself and nobody can hep you.If you do not email 10 friends about this BLOOD FAIRY evil will fall on your head and you will never be on the jerry springer show or have OPRAH call on you at your house with her camera crew. I have been on the jerry springer show(espisode 168) I can say that i really did not do all those wicked things my ex said i did...anyhow.the BLOOD FaiRY is cool dudette .

blood form mainly in the bone. some components in the liver. red blood cell are formed in the long bones such as the femur. the plasma in the blood is formed from the water you drink platelets and white cells are formed in the liver. hope this helps

Blood is produced in bone marrow. Which is why people with Leukemia (blood cancer) require bone marow transplants.
