It seems to me the issue here is not so much Female Behavior as that of Male Behavior, most probably, yours.
If you have been keeping up with gender differences, you would understand that women are into friendships and keeping track of relationships. They are the feeling, emotional, nurturing gender. It is their tendency to make friends and to get along.
Men on the other hand are more physically oriented. They have a tendency toward action, violence, domination. They like being "King of the Hill," the "Leader", the one who has power.
It seems to me you have had an encounter that did not go well and you are putting the onus of failure in her court.
So, if I am correct in my assumptions, your quasi question/statement, "Dont women know that when men talk to women , Its definitely a physcial impuse...??!!!" is just a way of saying to women, " If you are in a committed relationship, don't talk to me." I'm afraid I see that as rather manipulative and juvenile. And if that is the case, you shouldn't have approached her or spoken to her. You sabotaged yourself by not letting her in on your "rules of engagement".

I know my boyfriend gets mad at me when I talk to other guys... I figure why not give someone your time for a moment? But that's the ****-ed up thing about guys that's all they're about... Nothing is wrong with women we love to talk and relate go shopping and blabber until are throats are sore with no meaning at all me always have an intention it seems with the opposite sex...
Trust me I've held men hostage talking their ear off thinking they were just my friend that's it... but they ended up wanting more.
Girls love each other don't get me wrong but sometimes girls can be cruel about dumb stuff calling each other names cuse we wear a tight pair of jeans or blue eye shadow. Or Kissed a guy we didn't know... Or even worse so it's good sometimes to get away from the woman branishing and talk to a guy who is above all that...
Unfortunately they want more.. thanx for talking with me. :)

When someone is being friendly to you, sometimes it's hard to see that they are looking for more than friendship. And who is going to turn away friends? Not all women know about this "unspoken rule" of yours- so make sure that you make your intentions clear right off the bat. Trust me, there wont be so many mixups if you do.

No not at all. You are mistaken. Physical relationship is only a part and not the only thing. There are so many other things in their life to be fulfilled

I've had so many guy friends. It was when I wanted to be more than friends when the relationship got really screwed up. So from now on, guy friends stay friends and that's ALL.

From my experience with women. If she wants you she will hand you her number and that's that.
