You might talk DOD into letting access one of their "spy" satilites
When the shuttle is up you can see live video on NASA.gov
anything else is going to a time delay.Try google earth for some cool shots .

GoogleEarth is as good as you're going to get. They aren't live, but only the government has access to live shots.

Try the radar from weather.com. I think I have seen it there. Its worth a shot I suppose.
