Like any other addiction...baby steps. Also, stop hanging out with those "friends" of yours. Get involved with someone who has a zero tolerance for drugs. One of my bestest friends was into drugs when we met and I am definitely NOT. It was good for my friend to hang with me because there was no temptation. I didn't have it and wouldn't have it. Not that it didn't take some time (a lot of time) but years later...I have to say, my friend is no longer into that sort of thing and eventually stopped hanging with the bad crowd altogether. It just takes time.

Rehab might be an option too if you are THAT addicted that you can't stop on your own.

Treatment for the Addiction of Cocaine

The addiction to cocaine is one of the more common addictions handled by drug treatment centers such as Cirque Lodge. The majority of individuals seeking treatment are smoking crack cocaine. This type of cocaine is in the form of a rock crystal that has not been neutralized by an acid that turns cocaine into the hydrochloride salt (powder). Crack cocaine is heated and the vapors are smoked. The high induced by smoking crack cocaine is typically shorter, approximately five to ten minutes, than the high induced from snorting the powdered form of cocaine, which can last up to thirty minutes. Depending on the severity of addiction to cocaine, the symptoms may be more or less severe.

In order to develop an effective and individualized addiction treatment program, a comprehensive assessment is taken prior to intake. This survey allows the addiction treatment staff at Cirque Lodge to understand the needs of the individual and structure a program that will help the resident best overcome his or her addiction to cocaine, and to provide a platform on which to build a successful long-term recovery.

You need to go to rehab. My son is currently in re-hab. He was not addicted to cocaine, but something similar. It really does help you. Then when you get out you can go to N.A. meetings. You will have to make some new friends though. You can not hang out with the same people that you used to hang out with.

Make a list of all the things you want to do. Throw away your pipes and related toys. Start to work on your list right away. Stay away from drug buddies and keep busy. Stay in the present moment , love yourself, go to bed exhausted. It worked for me 12 years ago. Good luck.

Get on your knees and pray...you need help from a higher source, and not even rehab can promise you the help you need. Please, you must feel really bad, to have to resort to this kind of a high to feel good....I am so sorry to hear this. Please, the Lord Loves you, and I know you are probably a good person, who got hung up in a bad bad scene...Please pray for help. You must ask our Father through His Son, Jesus, and ask for the help you need...my friend,..this is very sad... God Bless you and my prayers are with you
