First, what is wrong with changing your traditional dress? Sometimes, White people here in China dress in traditional Chinese clothes. I often see Arab men dressed in Arab dress in Western countries, so not all choose to change their dress, or at least not all the time.
I think Arabs might like to live in European countries for many, many different reasons. Maybe they want to go to school there because the school is better or because they can't go to a school in their own country. Maybe they are doing business there. Maybe they like the freedoms in European countries that don't exist in their own country. Maybe they are just curious and like to explore different places. This would be the reason White people might like to live in Arabia.

The way you worded this is a bit odd, but I don't think English is your primary language. Having said that, let me try to answer.
They have opportunity in Europe, Canada, and the US which they would not have in their own countries.
They have freedoms here which they do not have in their own country.
They are not likely to be killed by their own country men in Europe, Canada, and the US, as they are in their own countries.
They come here because they can have what they cannot have in their own countries, and then they condemn us for being so free and open.

They can master our creator's universal gifts of life with universal communication system in the new universal language when they jump ship from their own backyards with self discrimination on planet earth.
Our creator's universal gift of life which could not be seen or trace with living human kind naked eyes on planet earth.
With time they kick the butts of those back home who does not want to change in following our creator on planet earth.
That is what went wrong with someone else getting the shits on planet earth.
