I suggest you to use some homemade cheap,but really workable remedies. If on a clean face you apply a paste from witch hazel and rose water you will get rid of the zits as soon as you never ever imagined.
Another one: kaolin (or called huma,earthy special soil) mixed with some sea salt make also wonders.
If you want to buy a realy-to-use workable solution I will recommend you the French brand La Roche Posay, use Effaclair.It is dermatologically proven and ph respectable to skin. Best of luck!

The best is to get some hot water and soap and wash your face, and if you absolutly have to pop it, use a sewing needle, or even tweezers work fine, but the best thing to do, is to wash your face everyday, and get some over the counter zit medication, and leave it alone

Leave them until you can see a 'head' on them. If you try before this, then you will end up with a bigger spot. Once you see the head, then use a sterile tissue and gently squeeze; if nothing happens leave them and try later.
You could try and encourage them by filling a bowl or sink with very hot water and steaming your face, trapping the steam with a towel over the back of your head.

Fingers work pretty good, but most dermatologists will tell you not to pop them, leads to scarring. Just use those 15 different kinds of cream you've got sitting in your cabinet and cover them with makeup during the day.

You can buy a zit popper they sell them in the cosmetics isle. I bought one to pop my zits too. it works wonders. You can get them at Walgreens or WalMart. Good luck!

I suggest you use toothpaste over night to dry it out then use seabreeze to clean your face popping is not always a good gesture.
