Its rightfully Pakistan.Its the only muslim country able to produce its own tanks,jets and missiles.Pakistani arsenal of weapons is at par with some western states and the pathans are quite ferocious fighters.They make up at least 20% of the armed forces. It is a NATO country which means it's Armed Forces have to meet NATO standards.

It has a long tradition of military. Superior equipment. Superb leadership. Wins NATO military competitions all the time.

Has 15+ Years of experience fighting the Kurdish Insurgents. They were fighting Insurgency long before US military could spell Insurgent.

Every country has its' own military and weapons. No Muslim countries develop their own weapons they purchase from USA, Russia, China, France and Britain. Some countries like Pakistan are capable to make nuclear weapons with the help of China or USA even they don't have capacity to make their own. Pakistan is the only Muslim country which has the capacity to stand for few months in a war but they can;t defeat any country. The world know that their 90,000 soldiers surrendered and put their weapons down in front of Indian army in 1972 . In a nutshell, Pakistan is the major military power than any other Muslim countries.

If we're talking conventional military power, then Iran and Pakistan are the strongest. But pakistan has nuclear weapons, so that would certainly give them the edge.
