In my opinion that feeling on your part is an ideal example
regarding the victory of wrong beliefs over the right ones!
Dear friend , if she as not ashamed for them or for
their exibition, why should you feel ashamed ?
If freedom of choice regarding dress, body is for her, then
why are you not entitled to see the things which are
open ? Don"t you have freedom to see anything that
is open ?
Those wrong manners or thoughts have taught to feel
ashamed . Why can"t they teach the girls to change
their double standard attitude ? Girls deliberately do
provocking actions and then blame boys for wrong
behaviour. I am not telling you to do any wrong thing.
Of course you shouldn"t do anything wrong. But then
you can not be blamed for looking .
Shamefull feeling on your part is an outcome of wrong
teachings and thoughts .

Its normal dude, there are no solutions....we all do it. Some more or less than others, but we alllll do it. LOL
Maybe you could think of something odd to take your mind off it....like EARLOBES! YES! Everytime you look at woman, make sure the first thing you look at is her earlobes! Its odd enough to take your mind off her boobs at first. You'll probably still check out the jugs later, but thats ok. LOL

I do that too but I do not staire girls know that you are going to breif look them over but do not look like hmm let's see how much they bounce when she jumps or is bumped LOLchances are she would slap you or a knee to the nuts if you staire or wonder the later. LOL do not think your doing wrong

Try admiring something else like her eyes if you look deep enough you will get the opportunity to see more than boobs!

try getting to know her better. maybe u'll get deeper feelings about that girl that u'll focus on her personality and not the body parts. and when talking to a girl look at her eyes not at her boobs.

1. How old are you? If you are too young to have sex this is normal. Focus on her eyes. If you are an adult, have sex and it will pass.

cover your eyes or maybe keep your chin up. maybe a spiked collar that way you cant look down without getting poked
