I think the teens have to start going to bed earlier because school is fixing to start back up. That is probably the main reason.

I think a lot of the teenyboppers were out late and are now in bed. Just a theory.
Or it could be after like 50 some reports under various new ID's we have gotten rid of some of the really bad eggs.
One could hope!!
