fainting is a mechanism in the brain to keep the human body from experiencing pain. But was it god or man that created it. would it not be better to experience the pain and be a stronger person for it, or avoid and be weaker in the end. So here is my question to you, is fainting gods mercy or mans cowardice?

From God?
The human brain is a highly developed organ that controls all bodily functions. When it encounters severe trauma, it begins shutting down unnecessary functions (thinking) so it can deal with the trauma.
Fainting & shock are the brain's response to trauma to the body (real or perceived). Shock can cause death, so if you consider that "mercy from God," it's an odd form of "mercy."

Fainting is a failure in one's circulation. When there isn't enough blood geting to the brain, the person faints.
It's a medical condition. It is not always caused by overbearing circumstances.

Fainting is a result of dropped blood pressure; it's temporary. Passing out from torture is physical shock; it can kill, as surely as torture itself. Nothing 'gift' about it.

I am hypoglycemic, I faint if I do not get enough sugar in my blood. My mother is Diabetic, she will faint and possibly die if she gets too much sugar in her blood, we can all "faint" if you choose that it be in in the name of the "Lord" than so be it, otherwise, you are doing no good baby!

I agree. If u can't take the pain and u pass out, u can't feel it, I consider that a blessing. Being obilvious to something is better than being in extreme pain, mentally and bodily.
