well my friends babys lips are purple,its nose bleeds,it always crys,and it gose poo alot.my friend wants to know whats wroung with her baby.please help her!

she also says her baby coughs out alot of blood.

If you are really serious and this baby is really that sick that she has purple lips and coughs up blood then CALL 911 and get the poor baby to the hospital ASAP before this poor child dies..
No parent should ever let a baby get that sick..

take the baby to the doctor RIGHT NOW and then have the mother investigated for neglect and abuse.

purple is not good... sometimes indicates heart problem.... she should take her to the doctor as soon as possible.
