You may love spicy food, but, when it goes in it can take a terrible toll on your body. I hope you are washing it down with water instead of a soda or alcohol. The side effects of spicy food can be ulcers, shortness of breath (literally, even for the pros), and bleeding from the rectum. Believe it or not, there has been a case of a person who had to have spicy food everyday. That person ended up getting hemorroids. Take a big guess why ? ? ?

it depends on your constitution. If you
are born into a culture where spicy
food is the norm, you probably also
have the enzymes to digest and handle
the chilis. If you are not born in such
a culture, the chilis will over time
deteriorate your stomach lining, and
can cause ulcers, bleeding of the
intestines/bowels, etc.

Prone to acne perhaps?

Chilli's not something you are advised to include in LARGE amounts in your diet as it's considered a stimulant food, so maybe keep it down to moderation.

Too much chilli causes the body to emit pungent and usually offensive odors.

You might smell bad.

You will get very cold. Follow it up with some hot cocoa - they'll cancel one another out.
