It is personal belief. What is the purpose of having belief?
To get an ultimate peace of mind.
I guess yes at the moment of death.
But no if you are alive. there are ton of religion things that you have to follow or practice or worry.
For example:
You will worry if your kids will become atheist or muslim or other religion.
You will have to bear with "faith" to live rest of your life.
You will have no clue how science works since you will not be practicalism or actualistism.
You will worry about lossing your faith in one day.
You will worry if your kids are gay.
You will worry about the end of the day.
You will worry about sexual-predatory around your religious community
You will worry about the religion war.
You will worry about one day the bible is just a man-made product.
You will worry about receiving those negative answers from Yahoo answer.

So, I think I will not get "peace of mind" from above factors.

I don't use a named religion. I am one of Gods children as we all are. But yes I get an ultimate peace of mind by praying, believing and trusting the our Lord. Along the way I have learned a little about each religion, I don't want to belong to them, but I am opened to learn about their beliefs.

There is no such thing as my religion or your religion.
Religion is the the divine teachings of the Messenger of God revealed to all mankind at various successive times.
If you accept it in name, you may become a believer without any good results. Peace of mind, noble service, eternal life... will be yours only when you consciously know that the Founder of that religion is the true Manifestation of God and you fully submit your will to His Will.
Pray for your attainment.

every religion does give peace of mind
but unfortunately today most of the people irrespective of any caste or religion unknowingly follow a religion called material
which can never give them peace
their prayer to god involves only material i.e money money and more money
they forget that the real god exits in their heart
but spend money to visit the god

so the people who follow any other religion than material he/she can be peaceful

Well, I don't have a religion and I am getting pretty close!

Everything makes so much sense to me.... I just need to learn how to fix the world. I know what fixed is now.

Thus I am taking the time to learn to interpret what people are REALLY saying when they are typing here.
