Begin doing less work. Not working up to your full potential. Taking it easy, too easy. It means you are not doing what you should be doing. When you slack off, someone else has to pick up the slack.

I picture people working on an assembly line.... as they get ahead they gain slack. if you slack off you are wasting time/ or not doing what needs to be done in that time frame.
