Concerning the bumb blonde thing.........That is a gross generalization. Some blondes batt their eyes and suggest that they need a little help understanding something, just to get a guys attention. As with women of all hair colors Blondes come in a varitity of IQ's
I think it is just any girl of any hair color might be dittzey or dumb, but they don't get singles out like blondes, because we stand out in a crowd. Personallly I can come across a bit dittsze because I am dysletic-I am very bright, but my mind can wander- i can also be clumbsy, which I just take advantate of for a good laugh.

Another reasons that Bottle blondes had more fun is because with or without the blonde hair becasue they are dittzie no matter what color thei cair is.

I can stand out in a crowd.

I've known all colors to have more fun and no, the dumb blonde stereotype is not true. I've known brunettes, browns, reds, and grays to be as "dumb" as blondes! I think it's just a topic of conversation when something else would actually fit as well. We have about talked the dumb blonde thing to death and I think the other colors are getting so jealous they are doing silly things to kill that old stereotype!

i don't get it!when are you all gonna understand that the hair color has absolutely NOTHING to do with the personality of someone!!!i am naturally blonde and i do not have more fun than someone else.. nor less fun! everyone can have fun!!!!even if they don't have a hair on their head!!!
now, for the "dumb-blonde" subject: it's just because blondes are a little bit more attractive than brunettes (for some people).. so someone just made this stereotype about blondes maybe by jealousy or some other reason!!but she/he forgot that anyone can be dumb and the color of your hair does not make you dumb!!!!!!!!!!!!!so stop being so narrow-minded!!

I don't believe they get more attention or have more fun. It's all in the attitude of a woman whether or not she gets noticed. And the dumb blonde stereotype was not manufactured by jealous women either. It was developed in the early days of cinema by actresses like Mae West, Marilyn Monroe, etc., and is still being lived out by the likes of Pam Anderson, Paris Hilton, Jessica Simpson, etc., all of whom are not natural blondes anyway. There are ugly and pretty people in every hair and skin color. And I'm sure that Catherine Zeta-Jones does not have less fun and is not less desired just because she's a brunette.

I LOVE being blonde!! I tried dying my hair dark once, and I felt soooooooo ignored, and I just didn't feel special at all. I thing Brunettes are beautiful, but it just didn't work for me--maybe coz I live on the beach, and the hair just seems to scream to be BLONDE!!
As for being in the Dumb-blonde club---let's just say that I am a college grad, and a member of Mensa.

No, bu thats what you see on T.V. Most brunettes become gradually blondes and dont go back. I guess blondes get more attention.

I think guys do notice blonde hair more, and do seem to drool over it, but oddly enough, most of them say they prefer brunettes.

No, hair color doesn't depict someones intelligence. Besides most blondes are brunets in disguise. I don't know of that many NATURAL blondes anymore
