firstly, how do u know she has a crush on u? did she tell u this?
if she did tell u, u need to tell her that although you respect her choice to be gay, u r not interested so she has to just be your friend, and if she tries to take it further u may have to rethink your relationship
if she didnt tell u, then u need to not do anything until you get further evidence, because if u say somethig now it may wreck your whole friendship, this is a hard time for her, so help her out as much as you can

Explain to her in a polite way that you don't go that way..Tell her that you still want to be her friend, and as a friend you will be on the lookout for any girls that might interest her.. Take care and good luck..

Set her straight. Tell her that you like the guys. You do not swing that way. If she is a real friend, she will understand. If not, it is best that you break off the friendship with her.
