its chrome it has red blue and yellow stripe on the frame.

The make number is not enough to determine the year of manufacture. Take the bike to a Honda motorcycle dealer, if there's one nearby--or, if there isn't, go to a Honda motorcycle service/repair shop--and someone there should be able to tell you how to determine the model year. Normally the year of manufacture is stamped numerous places on the bike--frame, engine, and so forth...but a dealer or mechanic would know for sure.

If none of these options works, try to get ahold of an owner's manual for Honda Interceptors. Often the owner's manual will tell you where the year of manufacture is stamped.
