never, It is as good as it can be. I think think have obtained permission from Muhammad Ali, paying a good amount. his name makes the shoe sell better amoung his fans. It is pure commercial reasons rather than anything else. And nothing to do with moslim prophet muhammed.

Yes, it is blashphemy.
It has become a craze, especially in western countries, to print the photos of Hindu Gods on chappals, underwears etc.I think they do it purposefully, I don't know by doing this, what they would get in return? What would be their reaction if the photo of Jesus is posted on chappals and underwears.
Every one should honour the sentiments of other people, even if they do not believe in their religion.
