Maybe it is because people are so misguided or set in their ways, that they don't see they are bound for hell. You tell me your theory!

I'm straight and indifferent toward it, but from a historical perspective, you could theorize that homosexuality was deemed inappropriate 2,000 years ago because it would've impeded progress in human development.

If homosexuality back then was okay, it would've been a social disaster because it wouldn't take humans long to figure out that they could have all the sex they wanted with someone of the same sex and be free of any repercussions in the form of unwanted pregnancy.

You'd have women pairing off with women and men pairing off with men. You'd end up with a society that wouldn't be as technologically advanced as we are today because historical figures that needed to be born would not have come into existence because someonein their family tree wasn't where they were supposed to be to mate because they ran off with a gay lover.

On top of that, you'd have a dumber society that wouldn't be able to survive well against the onslaught of venereal diseases once it spread. Scientific Progres wouldn't be at the level it is today because people over the last 2,000 years would've been too busy having sex rather than focusing on developing natural sciences, philosophy, psychology, and math.

You'd probably end up with all these advances in Sexual Pleasure resulting in a useless race of sex-crazed gay people that just lie around doing nothing but have sex.

We've finally reached a plateau when it comes to Scientific Discoveries where we can now introduce Homosexuality into the mix since the World Population is a a satisfactory level and where people can now focus on the quality of relationships.

This may sound like Gay Propaganda, but as a straight male, I'm all for it because if you made Gay and Lesbian Relationships acceptable, you'd thin out the ranks of men that are hounding women for relationships. More men would pair off with each other giving women a breather so that they won't feel as threatened or pressured.

It will relieve a lot of Social Tension and give other guys a fighting chance when it comes to courting women. The whole reason why women turn nasty toward men is because there are all these guys that keep on hitting on them refusing to take no for an an answer.

If it's a matter of guys trying to get their rocks off and if Gay Relationships were acceptable, two horny guys that would otherwise be terrorizing women at bars can hook up with each other and get themselves off without being ashamed about it.

As I said, I'm a straight male, and that's totally fine in my book. It would even cause attractive women to be more open because becaues the Male Dating Population will shrink as men start pairing off with one another.

Hitler was a Catholic (possibly plus some weird Nordic beliefs, but that stuff was mostly Himmler), not an atheist. Atheists were also victims of the Holocaust, so clearly the Nazis were no fans of atheism. Overall throughout history, tough call between Christianity and Islam regarding which has been worse. A detailed 'body count' of both for comparison purposes would be impossible, as most evidence has been lost over the centuries.

Why do you care? The bible warns against drunkenness, but I don't see any big campaign for Prohibition. The laws against fornication and cohabitation are thirty years gone, but I don't' see anyone trying to reinstate those, either.

My religion tells me to celebrate life....
And as long as it harms none...do as you will.
I think your Q is answered...we don't judge or damn people!
I don't ask what goes on in your bedroom, and none of your business what goes on in mine!
Blessed Be...
