Respect will be given.
If I remember Mexico took the Alamo! and truth be known, not Texan History, it was taken by 550 men, 60% of which gave their lives. AND there were men who surrendered and later shot as traitors, not all died in a hail of bullets and bayonnets. NO JOHN WAYNE HERE.
Santa Anna's Army defeated?
The General was escorted only by his Body Guard of 50 men, not the thousands as written by Texan History, although it does sound better!
Sam Houston's army WAS made up of 1235 Southern Troops dressed as frontiers men or so called Tennesseans. This was a deal made by the Southern General Lee who saw the need for Texas Ports for the Southern Cause.
Historical Journals were kept by the General's Aides and they had to write the truth or risk excommunication by the Church.

First Spain then France came to respect the heart of the people and soon the illegals will prove their loyalty to the US.

ok i make you a deal you raise a lol Mexican army lol and march into the American southwest and see what happens.

oh a history lesson for who ever said that general Lee help SAM Houston um Grant and Lee was in the US-Mexican war together the war was in 1848 and the American Civil war was 1861 hard to see General Lee making deals for the southern cause when he was a US LT at the Mexican war read a history book
oh and Mexico had a chance to take the American Southwest back during WWI Germany sent a message to Mexico asking if they would join the German cause they would send troop to take back lands lost in the Mexican war as a "piece of the pie" deal when they won but Mexico declined
guess they had to take a nap that day

Mexico doesn't have any land north of the US/Mexico border. Consult the Treaty Of Guadalupe-Hidalgo of 1848 for further reference. Mexico lost one war to the United States, I guess they can always lose another one...I say let's get our border fence built, and have done with this. We've been generously negligent on illegal immigration for so many years that it's pathetic. Mexico now feels empowered to exploit that generosity in any way they can, and it's time to disempower them by showing a fair number of their citizens who are in our country illegally the DOOR.

The tragedy here is, if they'd spent all that time and energy honestly on fixing up their own country, their economy would support all their people. But, that takes honesty, responsibility, intelligence, integrity, etc etc etc., and so that's why we have a dependent state to our south instead of a prosperous neighbor.

But, it's never too late for that reform, but I don't think that reform will take hold until it's the only option, because it's hard work reforming your country, pulling your socks up, being responsible, I mean, why go to all the trouble of running an honest business in mexico when you can just sell drugs and make a killing in the United States? Really, now.

Mexico's a hole. Until its' citizens stand up and make it less of a hole, it'll keep being a hole. America/americans can expect to keep inheriting Mexico's legacy of poverty and crime, lack of education, and no future separate from the United States. It's kind of sad, really, and we've been generous to a fault with them for decades, untold billions being showered on their country in the vain hope that they'll make a go of it, independent of the US.
But, instead, the criminality that has been mexico's hallmark for ages has led the way, probably over the good intentions of their own citizens, too. When will Mexico reform, when will Mexico feed their own citizens, when will Mexico stop trying to live off america instead of supporting itself? When? Mexico, in my view, is a sad, sad place, one can only hope that they'll finally get their act together, but I'm not holding my breath, either.

Support the border fence, support the US Border Patrol.

Simple answer is No! Please! Help us along! Start riots and such so the 88% armed non illegal Mexicans (see REAL American citizens) can wipe you out! Bet you talk and whine for ever because you know that I am correct! Even today the illegals in America are to gutless to fight for the land of their birth...It would be a Grave mistake on their part to believe Americans are as cowardly as they are!

In response to one of the comments made-- First, of all this land is not Mexico's or ours.

If we want to get technical about it belongs to the Native Americans.

U.S. should cure immigrant problem by taking over the governing of Mexico. Instill U.S. governing parameters and guidelines to get rid of the majority of corruption. Not saying U.S. doesn't have any, just saying much less, and those that do abuse the system are purged and punished by the system.

Cuz they're uneducated, stanky, fat-necked curly eared beaners that butchered the Spanish language (it now sounds like Ewok off Star Wars) and smell like the dingleberries wedged in a cows ***. Did I mention because they are stupid SOB's that contribute nada to the global community. By the way, have you seen my chiwawa, his name was Vicente Fox. His has big pointy ears and smells like ****--very distinctive.
