The best download manager is FlashGet ( http://www.amazesoft.com/ ). The original program will split your downloaded files to 10 but if you install FlashGet Hack ( http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Download-Managers/Flashget-Hack.shtml ) you can split your download to 30 sections!
Another one is Free Download Manager ( http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/ ) This can split up to 50 section.
You can use Download Accelerator but unregistered only has 5 section and on registered can split to 10 section.
The best free antivirus? I don't know. I use Norton.
