its probably no big deal. you probably have mild gingivitis. rinse your mouth with warm water and the bleeding should stop pretty quickly. see a dentist relatively soon about gingevitis. but its not an emergency so don't freak out and call a dr. right now.

My teeth did the same thing. Just brush more often and softer. Make sure the toothpaste you are using will fight gingavitis and such. Seeing the dentist could be a good move but i haven't and have not had my gums bleed for sometime now and still have all my teeth! It's really nothing big to worry about.

You've already gotten some good, correct answers. See your dentist, have a professional cleaning, and in general your home-care should be to floss once every day, brush with a soft brush after every meal, and limit sweet snacks.

Its no biggie. You could be brushing to hard. Or have gingivitis. Go to a dentist. Or get a real big bottle of Listerine.

sounds like gingivitis. talk to your dentist. don't take offence to this but do you do drugs? Meth especially can tear up your gums badly. other factors: stress, pregnancy, lack of brushing your teeth on a regular basis, and not flossing.

Usually when your gums bleed from brushing its probably because you don't floss as much as you should. You should try and floss at least once a day. And maybe try a softer bristle brush.
