That's a tough one. Usually the ball is in the guy's court where he should be the one to call the female. We do live in a more liberal society where women are now taking the initiative. However, whomever is the most assertive tends to be the one making the decisions in the long run if a relationship is carried through.
If you want to find out if there's an interest, I'd suggest you find out what his likes are if you know them or can as a mutual friend and then call him up inviting him to go with you because you need or wanted a partner.
It works with any social event or gathering where you can call him and make it casual where you want someone to accompany you. That will give you a reason.
If you just call up out of the blue to chat, it will seem fairly obvious that there's some interest on your part.

Just call the guy. Act as if you're continuing the conversation and just throw the **** for a few minutes and then ask him if he wants to go out again, say you'd like to see him again. Or you can be the opposite of needy and desperate by simply knowing what you want and slyfully telling him so that there's no excuse. You could say something like, "We had a good time together, you probably want to do it again, don't you?" When he does or doesn't respond you'll know if he's gonna continue to see you, without really putting yourself out too much, and you'll have given him the right answer, as long as you don't sound like you're ridiculing him... but then maybe he would like being ridiculed by a girl. I don't know him. Hahah Im probably just making things more confusing. Seriously though
Just be yourself so he can like you for who you really are, and try to be comfortable so that he can be as well. Do you think he might be as nervous about you? If he asked you out, then he should be calling you up. If your first encounter was more awkward then he may need encouragement, if you initiated it, you need to continue to do so.

Since it's been several days, I would call him at this point and be very honest. Say to him,
"I thought we had a very nice time last week and I was looking forward to hearing from you again. So I'm calling now because I can't stand the suspense. Would you like to go out again or not? It's okay to say no, I would just like to know." His answer may pleasantly surprise you. If not, it's best to know rather than jumping every time the hone rings. Life is too short to play this kind of game.

You need not to wait for his call , he may be expecting a call from you , just be natural , ask simple questions and leave it for next time , he will certainly call you back if he has little feeling for you other wise you just forget him .

Give him a few more days...say...5 days...If he doesn't call...don't call him either, let's just see how he much he can wait if he really likes you :)... Now it's up to you...you're heart has to tell you what to do, but you can talk to your mother, because she can give you the best advice possible :)

It could be he is waiting for you to call, I'd give it up to a week before calling him and asking if he'd like to do it again some time.

I would wait a week or two then call him. If he doesn't suggest getting together again then I would let it go.
