The hardest puncher i have seen around at the moment might just be Daniel Ponce De Leon, look out for this kid he can really bang in his weight division.
Another one to look out for where punching power is concerned is a lad called Carl Froch from England, like Ponce De Leon he isn't the greatest boxer but he definitely has one of the hardest punches in Boxing.

Today?
Pacquiao is the hardest puncher today. he knocked 2 boxing icons in Morales and Barrera these two boxers have never been knocked out before and only pacquiao has that distinction.
