every one gets buyers remorse after a major purchase especially if it was an impulse buy or financed wrong getting the dealer to take it back without taking a whopper of a beatings unheard of, although trading up to a higher model may help in your favor somewhat. if your purchase was for a vehicle that is in real demand you may be able to recoup the losses by selling on e-bay [some people have actually made money doing this] note most buyers remorse is gone after the first payment or two and you wind up using the car for what you actually purchased it for.[ i have heard that some states have major purchase buyers remorse escape clauses but i think that these were more for the housing industry than auto sales, but a good local lawyer would be the one to ask.

Im sorry, but the only way to get it back to the dealer is to sell it used. Once you sign the papers, the car is yours. You wont get full price, but at least you can get a little cash. Also, not to be rude, but why did you buy it? If it was off impulse, thats fine, but is there anything you can do to fix it up? My car was a $2,000 piece of trash, the only thing on it was the engine and the body, but I added a lot of stuff including a new paint job, some interior work, and some work with the engine, and I can sell it for about double the final cost that I paid for it. Try to make the car work, but if its absolutely worthless, try and sell it back used.

You can always ask, but expect to take a beating financially if they do. Most states have a lemon law, but it does not apply here. You have to live by the choices you make. Remember to think everything out before you enter into a contractoral agreement. You don't have to be stuck with the car because you can always sell it.

Best to you!
