Are there any organizations that are like forgein exchange student programs but instead are for adults who can stay with other adults and also open up their homes for adults who may want to visit the area you live in?

well here in egypt we dont have such an organisation but in case you need to come or something .. i can host you in a good hotel or a flat and it will not cost alot since u will be my friend ..
