In NY there is no cooling off period, unless we delivered the car to your door, if you picked the car up at a dealer, you are done, congratulations, you just bought a car. You should have test driven it first, and made an intelligent decision. An attorney will only advise you to make smarter buying decisions.

Perhaps you should tell us what locale you are referring to, since things like this vary from state to state (I'm guessing you are referring to the United States).
