how can i polish a silver ring?

i have many silver rings that are full of scratches on them,how can i polish them by myself and make them like the first time i bought them from jewellery store?
everyone here asked for removing tarnish from silver,,,but i am asking of removing (polishing) soft and microscopic scratches on silver and make them like they are new and their surface is like MIRROR...

You can buy a polishing cloth from any jeweler. They have a special chemical on them that will clean and polish your silver and other metals really well.

Try a mix of toothpaste and baking soda. And a soft cloth.
