No, I would have to counter claim. The somebody would first have to have undeniable proof and secondly the only thing God owns is your soul all other physical things belong to man. That includes the earth as it was a gift to man.

i would take the person to court, and call in God as a witneess. if god really did give the man the right to my house, then he would have to show up in court and prove it.
that would mean hat the man would have to undisputedly proove god's existance and will to take my house in order to actually win.
