No, I would have to counter claim. The somebody would first have to have undeniable proof and secondly the only thing God owns is your soul all other physical things belong to man. That includes the earth as it was a gift to man.

I would call the men in the white coats to come get "him" and take "him" to an institution where he can have all the "God" given help he needs.

No. Because God Does not care what happens on the earth, only that you follow his word. He warns you to beware of false prophets and that is obviously who you would be talking to, a friend of the devil.

Yeh I don't trust just anyone coming to my house and claiming God is letting him take it from me.

i would take the person to court, and call in God as a witneess. if god really did give the man the right to my house, then he would have to show up in court and prove it.
that would mean hat the man would have to undisputedly proove god's existance and will to take my house in order to actually win.
