We started dating at the beginning of summer, but then I went to a 6 week camp - we stayed in touch, but it was hard, and now I'm back and he's on vacation with his family, completely incommunicado. It's driving me nuts because I miss him... and I have no way to contact him. How do you deal? It's atleast two more weeks until I hear from him again. I don't know how to distract myself.

Back in high school, when my boyfriend went on vacation for a couple weeks, I wrote him a journal. It was this tacky little notebook from the dollar store and I would just write what I did during the day, everyday, til he came back. I drew little pictures and stuff in it too. It sounds kind of cheesy, but I surprised him with it, and he actually really liked it. We broke up a while back, but we're still friends, and he still has that stupid little journal of mine. Now that I'm done going down memory lane, you could do something like that! Lol. Oh and it helped the time go by faster too.
