Go and check up your health ,sometimes hair fall occurs due to health, don't bath in the shower, it loses hair, get message oil in two times in a week and use before sampoo also, and get conditioner after sampoo, light sampoo of any kind is useful , don't be so serious, everything happens is natural-it is up to you.

Shampoo can't make your hair thicker. Shampoos that claim to do this contain ingredients that are bad for your hair. Just get a normal, cheap, light shampoo and conditioner. If you're still losing hair, there may be some other health problem involved, or it may be caused by stress. Colouring your hair also can cause it to fall out, especially if you do it too soon after the last time.

I also used Pantene when I was younger, then I lost my hair too cuz of it. Then I changed with L'oreal Revital. The bottle's color is yellow. I use the shampoo and the conditioner twice a week. I also use L'oreal S.O.S Hair Repair (yellow too) once a week.
And every time after washing my hair, I take extra hair vitamin (hair pearls or leave-in-conditioner, etc). I have no more problem since then.
My advice is, dun use hot hair dryer, use the cool one. Dun use too hot water to wash your hair. And use very cold water for the final rinsing. It'll make the structure of the hair closed again.
Good luck.

Find a dermatologist. He will be able to provide you a mix of vitamins ( A, B and H) and minerals ( potassium, chromium, selenium) that will make you stop losing your hair and will make it look better.
Then you'll be able to use any shampoo you want.
I would recommend Dove and Ikaria botanical shampoos and conditioners. Anyway remember its good to keep changing shampoos every 1 or 2 months, that helps your hair not getting used to one. Good luck!!!

Falling hair is due to a lot of reasons:
Poor Diet
Stress
Dandruff
Weather Conditions.

But mainly I would recommend good diet and oil massage one hour before washing hair.

You need to be sure you are eating right - that's the clencher. A healthy diet will help tremendously. Plus your horomone level can change things too.
