77' Ford F150 with a 351 Modified V8 engine bored out cylenders, and lengthened pistons?

roughly guessing id say 375 horses depending on what your cylinders were bored at 30 thousands or 40 thousands and also depends on your stroke on your piston arms

i would say about 220-240 hp at the crank. the 351M was not a very powerful engine to begin with and i can't quite remeber but i think it only had about 175 hp stock. and seeing how u didn't tell the new specs all anyone can do is guess. but i would say you don't have much power coming out of that engine. all the M code engines sucked. and thats hard for me to say cause i only drive fords

Because it has been modified you have to put it on a machine to test the HP

No possible way to tell from here. Take it to a dyno tuner and have them measure it.
