Here are various choices: Menu 1: grilled peppercorn steak, salad (romaine letuce, sliced red onion, kalamata olives, pepperoncini, crumbled feta cheese), broccoli with butter and parmesan cheese.
Menu 2: chicken fajitas, guacamole (without tomatoes), cubed cheddar cheese.
Menu 3: Grilled whole fish, with salt and lemon juice, cole slaw (with little shredded carrots)
Menu 4: Chicken stir fry (sliced chicken, peppers, onions, broccoli, lima beans, finely sliced cabbage, mushrooms), ceasar salad (without croutons)
Menu 5: Meat medallions with caramelized onions (use Splenda when caramelizing onions, it gives it a little of sweetness), sparagus (boil in little water for about 10 minutes, leave crispy, then put them in the oven with olive oil, lemon pepper spices, and shredded parmesan cheese till cheese is lightly brown)
Menu 6: Garlic and butter shrimp, salad
You can vary the sauces you can eat with meat, and chicken, low carb white or red sauce from Carb Options are good, just spice them up a bit, also low carb bbq sauce for chicken wings.
Remember to be creative with your salad ingredients, cheese (cheddar, feta, blue cheese, provolone), meats (pepperoni, chicken), vegetables (red, green, yellow peppers, onions, cucumber, mushrooms, brocoli), olives, seafood (shrimp, tuna)
Hope these will help!

The recipe called "chicken paprika" from Dr. Adtkins book. Actually, his wife came up with the recipe. It's delicious!! If you like mushrooms, they taste great in this recipe.
