Why is it that when people on here don't like a question they feel the need to tell the person asking the question that they have too much time on their hands. Remember people that you are also on here asking and answering questions.
And if anyone is going to feel the need to comment on me I am on here because of insomnia and there's really nothing to do at 2 in the morning unless i go to a bar or club and i don't drink and just happen to not be at a nightclub for money saving purposes tonight. You don't know the reason behind the asker so everyone just settle...

I think they do it for the points.

It seems like most of the people on here are between 12 and 25 and just don't have any real "answers" so they have to post stupid stuff to get some points.

If you ask a serious question you can't get an answer or you only get 2 or 3, but if you ask some stupid question you get 20 stupid answers.

I'm here answering legit questions because I'm an insomniac too.

I don't answer questions like "Why are jews dumb?" and "How many of you would date me?"

I think you're right in what you say...but remeber at the end of the day these people don't know you, and I personally dont care when some goes for me...let them, it makes for interesting debate. I'm on here because I DO have a lot of spare time at the moment, until my new jobs starts...so yeah I'm a loser but that's okay...I only answer questions I have real response too...

I think that all of us have too much time on our hands...but that doesn't mean that it's necessarily "wasted time" if answering or asking something that's useful or valuable to someone....The thing is, "useful" and "valuable" are relative terms, meaning they differ from person to person. What I don't get is why if someone thinks a question is "boring" or "pointless", then WHY do they bother to answer it in the first place? THEY must have "too much time on THEIR hands"!

I agree. I get that all the time too. People, (not in this room) say you got too much time on your hands, but they are all on all hours of the night and DAY.
But since you're up, here's some fun websites for you.

Thank you, I agree with you. If I don't like a question, I just move on to one I do like... no need to belittle anyone for a measly 2 points.

I once asked something to have someone respond that it was none of my business! WTF??? This is Y!A -- isn't it "anything goes"??? Furthermore, why would someone give that response rather than just ignore the question and move on!?!?
