Treat her like she's the most important person in your life. TELL her she's special. SHOW her she's special. Take time to listen to her; give her a massage without bridging into sex now and then.
It doesn't take a lot of money to make a woman feel special. Cook her a spaghetti dinner instead of taking her out. We are ALL tired after a long day !!
In conclusion, I'd like to say that, since you sound sincere with your question, I'll bet you didn't even need to ask it !! You care enough to make sure that you treat her extra-special. You are one-in-a-million !!

It's the little things that count. Everyone loves those big extravagent presents every once in awhile but try just listening, holding her, opening doors, doing activities she would love to do but you aren't too keen on every now and then. What ever happened to chivalry? Can't hurt.

Well first tell her...then show her...do something unique...something that you have never done before...like get a card and write how you feel in it...or go out of your way to be in her life and also being a part of her familys life is important.....if she has younger siblings ask them to come along on your date for once or spend time with her friends!...hope this helped!

Well if want to have freindship,, then simply talk about things revolving round her and dont give her much compliments.
And for love try to act as if u r insecure about her.And occasionally just present her some red roses.

hugs, flowers, dinner out, go to chick flicks (and not complain about it), cook dinner, breakfast in bed, give her a $500 Victoria's Secret gift card, help her redecorate the house anyway she likes, take her on a vacation to a spa, etc.
Do lots of little things so she can see you are always thinking of her.

I give her lots of attention, I give a flower even though it's not her birthday or anything like, i would use my sweet mouth to tell her how beautiful she is.

if ur NOT dating her (and u want to)-FLIRT A LOT. take her out to parties and stick with her. you know?
if you ARE dating her- tell her like her alot everyday..if u REALLY like her tell her u love her. that always gets to a gurl. JEWELRY ALWAYS WORKS! rings and necklaces and stuff like that..well thats if she is kind of a spoiled girl. stuff like that.
