ok i talked to him for like 2 hours and he kept dropping hints if u know what i mean.We both told each other we love each other. Soshould i ask him out or not? I dont know if he would say yes or not. But while we were talking i said i have a question and he automatically thought i was asking him out. He didnt want to get off the phone until he almost fell asleep while we were talking so i convinced to say goodbye and go to sleep after 2 hours of talking.

May be he is just shy to ask. Next time try to drop some hints too and wait, see if he asks you out. If he didn't HOWEVER kept dropping hints then just go for it. Sometimes you just have to make the first move.

You need to let him ask you out, it's the right thing to do, if not, he'll be like the one with the upper hand, guys have to go after girls, why don't women get this through their heads? We are to be pursued and asked, God made man first then woman, that will never change, you want to be challenging, not easy or too available, follow my advise!! (It is quite obvious he is interested, but let him do the hunting)

Seems to me like if someone "loves" you, he wouldnt have an issue asing you out!! And isn't that sorta like the chicken before the egg? How do you love someone you can't communicate with??
