pakistan is not totally responsible for bomb blasts and if the govt of india sleep then we cannot say it a govt

they are not sleeping these days because of 15th Aug Independence day celebrations ,otherwise the security is not as vigilant as it should be,On one side we are spending crores of Rs on security all going from citizen's pockets ,we need to upgrade our systems
