Winter wheat is a beautiful color of blonde. Paul Mitchell makes a bleach that has a winter wheat tone to it, but you have to have the right shade of hair to start with in order to get that shade of blonde. Otherwise bleach it very light and put a cool blonde toner on it. But please have a professional do it. If you do it yourself you might wind up with alot of yellow in it.

I wouldnt know. Blonde is such an...different hair color for me. It only work for a select number of people ( i can only nam two) and everyone else (the natural blondes that i know) look better with fake colored highlights. My one friend put this pink highlights in, maybe...4 and she looks much better. Her hair color was too..pale, blonde, light... and all these things for her fase (yes, fase) and it made me..laugh. Either way, after trying different things, (got rid of the pink), she finally found something that fits.

But to answer your question, i would say it depends on the person.
