I'm not really sure if anyone could honestly answer this question. One would have to have read every spiritual book to form his own opinion. That causes another problem though... it's just that, his own opinion. There isn't any real scale that we have to measure the greatness of a book. If only it were that easy...

In my own humble opinion, the greatest spiritual book for me is the Bhagavad Gita. It is not that I have not enjoyed reading and studying and immersing myself in other sacred texts like the Holy Bible, Torah and Talmud, Koran, Tao Te Ching, the Vedas, Upanishads, Dhammapada, and so many others. But the Bhagavad Gita really spoke to me spiritually and revolutionized my spiritual life and perspectives. It has helped continually to draw me closer to God just by trying to live and put into practice what it teaches and contemplating on its words.
Thanks for asking such a great question. I am sure you will find that everyone has atleast one text that helped them spiritually and/or in which they find inspiration (if not both).
Peace be with you.
