My dad said if I wanted to drive, I had to learn how to check the oil, fluids, pump gas, and check the tire pressure! I do it all! I'm going on 30!
My girlfriend hates pumping gas, she makes her husband do it, or she takes his car when hers is running low. Just do it. It's one of the things responsible drivers need to do!

LOL I am 25 have been on my own since 18 and can do just about anything to my car, including put air in my tires...Of course I guess that's what happens when you are raised on a farm and are daddy's little helper...

well i grew up with my 2 bros
i was always outside with them and my dad in the garage
i could start my own body shop if i wanted to
so in my case im not an average girl
sorry but yeah
i think every girl should know how to do the basics for a car repair
