Shouldnt matter. I think for the most part, women have their body "altered" for their own self confidence. If it makes a woman feel better, then she should do it, as long as it isnt way out of control eg that lady that has had over 50 sugeries, and isnt even 30 yet! (by the way, she looks like shes over 50 years old!)
As long as the woman is confident in how they look, then that is the improtant thing. If her self image is that important to her, great. However, we also must remember that the saying is true, beuaty is on the inside.
I'm sure we've all heard the question, would you rather date a good looking woman who is a w(b)itch or an average looking woman who has a great personality, and is fun to be around?
The women you have mentioned are all very good looking attractive people. In reality, a man is usually very nervous, and would often not even approach a woman that good looking, as he believe she is "out of his league" per se.

Angelina Jolie has had plastic surgery on her nose, so...try again. How about "natural-looking" as a better description?
In any case, everyone has different taste, so it's a moot point.

Personally I would prefer somebody who is unaltered. But If I met the person and didn't know they were altered and they were a friend of mine and told me that they had stuff done to their face I would be in shock but that wouldn't change me for liking them.
How ever if I had a friend who was wanting stuff done to their face because of something not needed (Deviated septum, sever scars from a trauma or the like) I would try and discourage that.
Thats just one guys opinion

Angelina Jolie is altered... Those puff lips are not natural. I would like a girl to be very natural. Real is better than fake anyday.

speaking for myself it really is what the person is on the inside if getting a few alteration make you feel better then that must be sure that it is right. Now going over board like MJ is carrying too far. I would not want anyone to have anything done just for me for what kind of physical traits that I like....

Depends. A nose job or belly tuck is little different to having your teeth fixed, thats not natural either.
I would draw the line at implants of silicon for long term relationships, could harm a baby.
Short term it just doesnt make any difference.
