Umm, dude, I don't mean to worry you , but it might be something serious. Has she been drinking? If so, make sure she's rolled over on her side so she doesn't choke on her own vomit.
The big picture here, however, is determining if she's sick for a far more serious reason. If you have any doubts about why she's sick (and I can't stress this enough, any doubts WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!) Call 911. No, seriously, I mean it. Don't take any chances. Call 911 NOW!!!! if the situation calls for it.

hold her hair back, give her water and a towel when she's done, and give her a trashcan to set next to her when she's not in the bathroom. TAKE HER TO THE DOCTOR! it could be serious. if you find out it's not, be caring. she'll appreciate it. just whatever you do, don't tell her she's digusting. that's reaaly wrong. that's the last thing she's going to want ot hear when she's sick. i'm a girl, i should know. AND KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!!

Ask her what you can do to help her. If she won't stop and is really really sick you might need to go to a hospital. Most people want to be left alone, so I would leave hear alone and not make comments, you don't want her to say the same thing if you were sick.

Telling her she's digusting won't help her stop vomiting. Try being understanding. She is sick and doesn't need you telling her something stupid like that!!
What's causing her to vomit? She may need to go to the emergency room.

Hold back her hair n lightly pats her back....U dont ve to help to clean up if u cant, am sure she will understand...Just tend to her after tht...A hot drink will deff help :)
