That sentence doesn't make sense as it makes a lot of invalid assumptions. The process of burning music, movies and documents doesn't give you a virus. You keep from getting a virus by getting a personal firewall, turning off all unnecessary ports, running a good antivirus program on your PC, keeping your PC properly patched with Windows updates, not opening/installing software from an untrusted CD/DVD, not opening any suspicious email, not downloading any crap from the internet (illegally downloaded MP3s, movies, porn, etc.) and generally not letting anyone else with access to your PC do the same. Sounds simple, eh?

in XP you don't need software to burn documents and for music media players work best. Most good movie burning software cost money.
