DOES YOUR ATM CARD HAVE THE VISA/MASTERCARD LOGO ON IT? IF IT DOES YES YOU CAN OPEN YOUR PAYPAL ACCT.

I'm not sure if I understand this Question. Yes you can open a paypal account using your ATM card, it will take a couple of days for them to Verify...they will put like 2 deposits in and you will have to tell them what they were, then you will have an open account. They do that to make sure you are that person. I don't understand the second question. hopefully this helps let me know how it goes. Thank you.

Yes you can use a bank account for paypal (you need the routing number and checking account number) and they make 2 small deposits, you verify the amounts and you are good to go.

I believe you can use a bank account to open a PayPal account.
But I don't want to enter bogus info just to find out.
