That looks like a word salad, a group of words without real meaning. It is symptom of a serious mental disorder

I went on to www.freetranslations.com and this is what they
gave me:
"not love is very different I want is you something you can want to have an automovil a shirt a pantalon a dog a cat can want many things but to love is another thing when say I love is you with the corazon feel it of inside you understands me"
Sometimes it doens't work for large phrases because they are cheap. You could pay 50 bucks and have it professionaly translated so they say. Good Luck :) Hope this helps a bit

As you can see, online translators are useless! It says:
No, love, it's very different. "Te quiero" is something that you can want to have: a car, a shirt, a pair of pants, a dog, a cat...you can want ("querer") many things but to love ("amar") is another thing. When you say "te amo" it is with the hear, you feel it from deep inside of you, do you understand me?

You can have a car, a shirt and pants, a dog or a cat, you can love a lot of different things but to really love is a another thing when you say I love you; you say it with all your heart and feel it inside do you understand me?
That is what it says but it can be turned around to express it better I just broke down the words for you.

I translated it below, but the Spanish grammer and punctuation is very bad ... I made the most of what the message is (BTW, I've been bilingual since age 5; you will probably not get a better translation than mine!)
TIP: it refers to "te quiero" o "te amo".., both may be confused in Spanish, they both mean love, but "te quiero" is less intense than "te amo" (however, her answer is NOT correct! You can still say "te quiero" and mean you love someone)

she's trying to say te quiero can stand for material things like a car, a shirt or other material things. but te amo means something you feel inside, in your heart
maybe you should get with someone that speaks english don't you think?

This is a word by word translation since there is no punctuation and it is badly written.
