No because the feudal system doesn't exist there and it hasn't since the colonial times.in order for it to be considered a monarchy it would need a king or queen.

Your republican system of government is very derivative of the parliamentary system in Britain of the eighteenth century with LOTS of democratic innovations and revisions. In that respect, definitely, the president is an elected king. I'll leave the further implications of your question (ie: allusions of tyranny and limited access to the office) for Americans to interpret on your own.
