Is it right to alter the word of God, just to do something which is forbidden? No one has the authority to modify, what was said by God.

Yes it is corrupted to the expediency of man, which is an absolute no no. Man has no right to interfere in Gods business.

Hmmm, corrupted is one thing, and written to the expediency of man is something else. You're right, people shouldn't be altering God's word just so they can do something wrong. But the word of God was given to man to be written in a manner that could be readily understood, given variances in time and culture. If we believe and understand the Bible to be the infallible and inspired word of God, we must also believe and understand that God will not allow it to be significantly altered without anyone realizing it!

But how do u know that what is in the bible has not already been corrupted by man in order to make the structure of society to its liking & not the way in which it was originally said (constructed) or that even the bible is a true factual book & not just a collection of general fabled stories put into a single volume & accidently now used as a religion to try to control millions of mankind.....

No one has altered the Bible. Sure it has been translated from the original languages of Hebrew and Aramaic to Greek and Latin and then English, but the Bible is still God's word. It is man who has corrupted the true interpretation of the bible to fit their needs and agendas. But one who has received the Holy Spirit with in themselves will have the true WORD of God.

Most religious scriptures contain sections that were crafted to serve the expediency of man. Parts of the Bible fit that description and so does the Koran. A lot of what Mohamed said was to help him unite people under him and create a formidable army so that he could win battles and dominate as many people as possible.

I agree to a point! It's not the Bible that is corrupted. It's the way some people attempt to interperate it for their benefit. The Bible itself is extremely accurate.

Rev 22:18 I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, if any man shall add unto them, God shall add unto him the plagues which are written in this book:
Rev 22:19 and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the tree of life, and out of the holy city, which are written in this book.

Yes it is, the bible is the word of man. If god did write a book how in the world could us mortal comprehend his words? The voice and writing of god are only understood my the Elohim or higher angels. He speaks to noone and never has. His words to some of the prophets were relayed through is messenger Metatron (check up in the Kaballah). Metatron is the voice of god. The bible is the words and writing of man, not god. Even the bible itself is incomplete as the bishops that decided to put it together picked and chose which writing to put in it to suit their liking. Censorship if you ask me.

If in fact there were a God than I'd have to agree with you that editing the words would be a major no no. FYI my belief in the bible is that it's a Fairy Tale and is to be read that way...It's unfortunate that entire belief systems (religions) are built upon it. PEACE!

The Bible was written over 3,500 years and was authored by several different people. I wouldn't necessarily say it's corrupt but it is definitely rife with inconsistencies.
